disaster. It's one of the worst disasters
in the history of mankind, yes. But they
know it too now. They're smart enough to
know that they've made many mistakes and

They now have removed exchange controls.
Unbelievable for a country like
Venezuela! They're starting to try to
figure out, "Oh my gosh what do we do next?"
That's when you buy. You find a country
that's at the bottom when changes are
starting to take place.
At times Venezuela has been one of the richest
countries in the Western Hemisphere and it will be again.
