Finding Investment Opportunities in Vietnam

I am not buying any stocks in China at the moment but if I were not so lazy in my investing those days, I would probably be finding some opportunities to invest in Vietnam, which has a stock market. (Market Vectors Vietnam ETF.(NYSEARCA:VNM))
