Is Crude Oil Going To Stay Down Forever?

Is Oil going to stay down forever? No.

Remember, the known reserves around the world are in decline, except for fracking.

Crude Oil Will Probably Retest The Lows

The way most markets work when you have a big collapse, there is a bounce, often called a dead cat bounce and then after a while you have a retest of the lows. I would suspect that crude oil is going to retest the lows which was in the 40s or 50s depending if you are talking about Brent or WTI. But yes, I would not be buying crude oil at the moment because I am looking at a retest of the lows. I expect that test to hold.

Crude Oil: I Would Suspect It Is Going To Test The Lows Again

Certainly is the most important commodity far and away wether you like or not. Oil has come straight up in the last few weeks, So I don`t like to buy anything that is going straight up. I would suspect it is going to test its lows sometime in the next few weeks. That is normally what happens when you have a total collapse and you have a bounce. This is the way markets work.

Will Oil Fall To 40 Dollars A Barrel?

Anything can happen in the markets. But will it? Probably not. I do know when markets go too far up and when they go down they go down more than they should. I do not know how low it will go but I do know there is momentum on the downside now and the Saudis continue to dump.
