Gold: In The End Gold Will Turn Into A Bubble

I am a terrible market timer and a horrible short term trader. I own gold, I have hedged some of my gold. I expect that if gold gets on one thousand dollars an ounce, I hope I am smart enough to buy a lot of gold because in the end, this is all going to end in huge mess and in a bubble for gold. My price to remove my edges and to buy a lot more gold is under one thousand. (Market Vectors Gold Miners ETF (GDX), SPDR Gold Trust ETF (GLD))

Views On Gold

I expect gold to be down more in the next year or two partially because the U.S. Dollar will be strong.  (Market Vectors Gold Miners ETF (GDX), Market Vectors Gold Miners ETF (NYSE:GDX), Newmont Mining (NEM), Barrick Gold (ABX), Novagold (NG))

Gold: This Is Not The End Of The Correction

I am not buying gold right now. Gold has rallied four times over the past 3 years, by around fifteen to twenty percent. I am not adding to gold on this run.

Gold bulls will say that the worst is now over but in my view this is not the end of the correction. (SPDR Gold Trust ETF (GLD), Market Vectors Gold Miners ETF (GDX))

Markets: Junk Bonds, Gold

I am short junk bonds in the United States. I am not adding at the moment. But if the opportunity arises, if junk bonds go up a fair amount I know I will add to that position. And if gold collapses I will add to that position. Gold: Not Buying Right Now

I am not buying gold at the moment. I am waiting for another opportunity to buy gold, it may not happen, it certainly may not happen. But I own plenty of gold. I am looking for a new opportunity, let`s say the central bankers save us for a while, that the markets go up  for a while, often gold will go down in a scenario like that. That would be an opportunity to buy gold. (SPDR Gold Trust ETF (GLD), Market Vectors Gold Miners ETF (GDX))

Commodity Producers: The Cure For Low Prices Is Low Prices

The market is doing what it is supposed to do. You know, making supply go down. The cure for low prices is low prices. When you have low prices, production declines, exploration declines and it is happening.

This is going to be good for the producers, not at the moment, certainly in the next couple of years the producers are going to turn around and go up a lot.

A Crisis Would Be Bullish For Gold

Low prices for many people will be crisis. If the price of gold goes to 900 dollars / ounce a lot of people will see it as a crisis because a lot of people believe that gold is holy and it can never go down. That would be a crisis in price.

Certainly if war breaks out in the world that will make gold go up, it will make crude oil go up. Everything will go up, oil, agriculture, gold. Yes, a crisis would be bullish for gold as low prices would be good for gold. Precious Metals: Where I Might Start Buying

At 900 dollars an ounce for Gold and in Silver around 11 or 10 dollars. I do not even know if they are going to get there, but if they do, that would be where I would be interested in buying. (Regarding Gold), I might even start buying before at 950 dollars per ounce.
