First of all Oil will be going higher if you are going to be buying Brazil. Putin is a better manager than Dilma Rousseff, that lady has made so many mistakes...

Emerging Markets: Not Investing In Brazil
I think there are better places to invest than Brazil (iShares MSCI Brazil Index ETF (EWZ)). I am not investing in Argentina either. I heard this before from Argentina, they always get it wrong.
But things will be better in Brazil because oil prices are going up, agriculture prices are going to go higher but the management of the country, the politicians are even worse than American politicians.
