Be skeptical. Be skeptical of everything you hear and read. Try to get as many sources of information as you can. Get your information from various countries, various news sources. Then put it all into your brain and you can get it right.

You do not do the opposite of what other investors are doing just to do the opposite. there must be a reason. Figure out what is really happening and you can be very successful in the markets.
