Investing: What You Should Do

You should invest in what you know a lot about. Do not listen to me or what you read in the newspaper or what you see on TV. Stay with what you know and you will probably come through in better shape than everybody else who is putting money here, putting money there and taking hot tips.

I for instance put some of my money into places that are depressed, Japan, Russia, agriculture, areas that are somewhat depressed.

Overpriced Stocks: Social Bubbles, Biotech

Things that are probably bubbles, social media, biotechnology, this in U.S. stocks. These are sectors of the world economy that are overexploited, stocks are very high, salaries are very high. So, if these are not in a bubble, they are certainly too expensive and I would not be putting money there.

Middle East & The Global Markets

As I watch the world, you look at the Middle East and you see that everybody seems to be making mistakes and it is not just one or two parties in the Middle East. It`s the Israelis, the Egyptians, the Americans, the Russians, everybody.

Everybody is making mistakes and the situation continues to get worse. I am sure that many people see what I see, that there is more turmoil and it is not good for the markets, especially if it escalates and turns into a bigger war.
