Greece Cannot Pay Its Debt

Greece cannot fulfill its obligations, it is physically impossible. It is like the United States. The United States can never pay its debt. I mean, there are various ways to pay your debt, you can print money and make your debt worthless. That is what Russia did when the Soviet Union collapsed. There are many ways to pay your debt.

My advice is to Greece go bankrupt, declare bankruptcy and their creditors take the haircuts. I would stay in the European Union if I were Greece but they may get thrown out if something like that happens. Greece cannot pay its debt. This is a charade.

Investing: How To Capitalize

The way you do succeed at anything is you look at a desperate situation, especially when it is cheap, or it is repressive and it is opening up. It is hard to do, it is like a stock that is cheap, nobody wants it but it is the best way to capitalize.

If you look at Asia for instance, 50 years ago, South Korea, Taiwan, Singapore, Japan, all were very, very repressive and now they are all vibrant, successful democracies.

European QE: Stock Markets Are Going To Go Higher

They are going to say it is a success wether it is or not. Just like in the United States, just like in Japan. They will measure the success because the stock markets are going to higher, stocks are going to go higher. And they will say therefore things are better in Europe.

The way you measure success is, you ask on the street, "Is your life better or not?". And most of them a year from now will be complaining because the cost of living is going to go up a lot in Europe and nobody likes inflation, very few people like inflation.

European QE: Bullish For European Stocks

It is largely sentimental, it will help the banking system, it will help the investment class, it will help me. I own European stocks and I bought more because of all this. But its not good for the European Economy, it is going to debase the currency, the currency is going to go down more. Exporters will do better, that is part of what he is trying to do. But the cost of living in Europe is going to go through the roof because the currency is going down.

Draghi Is Shooting Himself In The Foot

Mr. Draghi is shooting himself in the foot. He is debasing the currency, the currency went down more today, he is increasing the debt. This is not good for Europe, it is not good for the world.

The Oil Market Will Bottom Soon

America is negotiating with Iran, that is why they got Saudi Arabia to dump their oil, to put pressure on Iran. Those negotiations come to an end this summer, we hope successfully. I suspect you will probably see a bottom in the oil market sometime soon.

The world is consuming more than it is finding, it has been for the last few years, except for fracking. But now fracking is not so popular as it used to be. I would not sell oil but my market timing is horrible.
