Crude Oil: The Market Is Smarter Than OPEC
The question is that the market is way smarter than oil producers, smarter than OPEC. So, I do not really pay much attention to OPEC meetings. They can sit down and have meetings that will go on for days and nights but there are a lot of oil producers in the world that are not on the agreement to cut production.
