It could be a spectacular investment destination if the Russians have the right attitude. For what I can see, the attitude has changed in the Kremlin.
Plus, it is a hated market. I love markets that are hated. If something is changing and the market is hated... I love to invest in hated market. Russia has been a hated market, that is now beginning to change and it started going up a lot but it is still not a popular market. (Market Vector Russia ETF Trust (RSX))
